With a different approach, actions of regulatory and management agencies, fish population could recover. Commerical fishing is sucessful when the regulations for overfishing and recovery are set, fish stocks are managed and mixed zoning programs are designed. Through all these actions, fish population is improved that is helpful for commercial fishing.
