In both situations, the existing students belonging to New Zealand are at loss. If they move out of the country, the benefit to the economy of New Zealand will not be there (Jourdini, 2012). On the other hand, if the students stay in the country, the number of jobs that are available will reduce. In either case, the loss to domestic student will be there.
