Thus, the financial benefits reduce the focus on the domestic student. The over reliance of the universities on international students can have an impact as if other countries provide better opportunities, they might move there. Another limitation is with respect to the exploitation which domestic students are facing. After completing education, the international students either will move to their host country or will become part of New Zealand. In both situations, the existing students belonging to New Zealand are at loss. If they move out of the country, the benefit to the economy of New Zealand will not be there (Jourdini, 2012). On the other hand, if the students stay in the country, the number of jobs that are available will reduce. In either case, the loss to domestic student will be there.
